Will Roberts and Miers give them the last leg of our Fed Gov or |
|
what used to be our Fed Gov? There is much talk about Miers and her qualifications or lack thereof, but not much talk about this being the last branch of what was once our Fed Gov for this evil regime to pull their hostile takeover on. Is anyone else concerned about this aspect of the nominations/confirmations?

will continue to be eroded, laws changed to favor corporations over people, and the court will serve as a veto over progressive legislation whenever proposed by congress in the decades to come.

4. They will both be removed when it's demonstrated this admin is a fraud. |
|
Period. Look at it that way. Or better yet, Miers won't get in but Roberts will go. And then it will be time to find something on Scalia and Thomas, bouy bouy. * stole two elections, he's not legitimate. That will be demonstrated clearly at some point soon. Then there's no reason to honor any of his appointments. The other Federal Judges can turn in their resignations soon.
Before you scoff, this is the opinion of Abner Mikvah, Chief Judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia circuit from 1979 through 1991 (formerly Member of Congress from Chicagoland area).
It will come to pass.

6. If we just force the fraud issue, this will have to happen . It is a quic |
|
and logical conclusion. He stole it in 2000 (that was Mikvah's logic) and all the appointees are based on that theft. They should be removed. It's clear that many want * gone. The being gone is only part of the process. The illegitimacy of his administration or any administration elected with votes produced by three large, pro Republican vendors who keep the electronic voting data "secret" because of "proprietary" reasons is the issue. It's unacceptable. Those who govern us cannot prove that they were elected, period. The vendors are "private." There is not one place in the constitution that allows for "oursourcing" or making "private" our elections, not one.

Fuck their court. The * admin is not "legitimate"...they were not elected the first time. They actively disenfranchised 50,000 legally registered Floridians with their felon lists. At the very least 1/2 of them tried to vote, that's 25,000. Since they were majority black Floridians, guess how that would have turned out. Removing them was a calculated act. Screw the chads, etc. This was disenfranchisement.
Not to mention the right wing voting machine companies in 2002 and 2004.
They have no right to govern, therefore their acts of governance are null and void. The court cannot rule that impeachment of any federal official subject to impeachment is unconstitutional. It's right there in black and white.
They're out of here.

12. The judicial branch of the government went Republican before the other two |
|
People sometimes talk about O'Connor and Souter and (to a slightly lesser degree) Kennedy as liberals. They are not. They are said to be on the liberal wing of the court because they are more old school conservative than the far right wing activist judges Scalia, Thomas, and (to a slightly lesser degree) Rehnquist.

away from the FOGs (that anti-torture vote was a crushing referendum on Shrub's popularity in the Senate).

15. Yes. The United States of America is SOOO over. |
|
Only the slimmest of chances remain for us to ever be truily free again with the gobernance of a Free Nation.
Imperial Amerika has been cemented tightly. The media, the voting machines, not to mention the incestuous corruption of the branches of the government.
The Bushes used the startegy of the AIDS virus in the 80s and 90s. Poison and destroy the body's defenses while the body itself is unaware of the damage, which will only become known when the immunosupression leads to infection and rot.
The first putrified blooms occurred in 1998, and most of us STILL didn't see it fully for what it was. Only in 2000, after the patient was nearly dead, did 99% of us (including me) even begin to suspect the magnitude of the disease.
In 2002 and 2004, we noticed, but as Kurt Vonnegut has said, "all the burglar alarms were disconnected". The metaphorical AIDS virus of the Busheviks had by then done it's work.
It is simply no longer possible to repair the disease using the current corrupted, poisoned and atrophied system that exists.
This is a reason for great sadness, for it leaves only two options, fight or submit. 2006 and 2008 will confirm this, I fear.
