IMHO....Fuck Louis Freeh
This guy is as low as it gets. Dragging His man, Bill Clinton, whom he served at the pleasure of, through lies and shit to sell his book. Fuck you Louis Freeh - you are a cheap suit.

3. Lousy FBI Dir. He didn't believe in "computers" thus FBI had
a "string search" database instead of a robust full text search approach. Can you imagine how limited you have to be to have opposed that technology in the 90's. Hell, I suspect that the crooks even use good databases.

14. Sorry, my inner geek was channeling Bill Gates
"string of words" like "bank robery Texas" is used to search a set of files. The phrase has to match up and you get articles in a set order, like first found to last or vis a versa.

A "full text database" allows you to search the text of all files for terms or those with a close meaning and present documents by "relevance" -- how often the terms occur in proportion to the size of the document.

A "full text database" with "field searches" lets you do either a full text search or allows you to search specific fields in the database like state, year, age of perpetrator, etc.

He had the oldest, clumsiest database system around. Not good when you're trying to stay ahead of the bad guys.

:)

5. Louis Freeh chose to sniff crotches instead of uncover terrorist activity
and now he's trying to re-write history.

He's contributed thousands of dollars to the Repuke candidates.

Clinton was trying to work with the Repukes when he appointed Freeh in the first place.

Bad idea to trust a repuke.

6. He's doing the bidding of the repukes to take attention away
from how FUCKED UP this administration is. Freeh is an asshole. He's right up there with Zell Miller. I just LOVE the timing of his book and its release, don't you? Just another coincidence. :eyes:

Otherwise those stupid freepers wouldn't buy his book. They jerk off on Clinton hate.

and he deserves to be treated as such. Clinton made some horrid personnel choices (Freeh and Reno), and he's paying for it now.

12. Louis Freeh: Incapable Republican Sycophant
Louis Freeh was recommended to Clinton by Rudy Giuliani. As FBI Director, Freeh acted more like a case analyst than the head executive of the agency. There are numerous cases that he messed up because of his inability. And he kowtowed to the Republican legislators and betrayed Clinton when they were in office. Clinton could not fire Freeh because firing him would look like political retaliation. Simply put, Freeh sucks.

13. How come no on mentions Freeh's No. 1 job, WACO cover up?
Edited on Mon Oct-10-05 09:39 PM by McCamy Taylor
It was the obsession of his tenure at the FBI and defined everytthing he did and was. The raid by federal marshalls of FBI headquaters ordered by Reno was part of full scale war between FBI and administration. Check out my thread for more.

PS I sure hope that DUs are not afraid of the topic of Waco because they see it as a "Freeper" topic. If so, then DUers lack imagination.

15. I am glad Clinton and Clark are ignoring him
He will disappear in a few days and be forgotten. We should ignore him as well. Let it die a good death.

18. We shall see if it works
Ignoring is the best tatic, but if the book has "legs" they will have to reply in some manner. Right now its not clear if it will or not. The current furor has to be adding to the overall sales.

I won't buy it, but will borrow a copy and be interested to see what it actually says, vice what the pudits and reviews are saying.

21. It a big "so what?". I used to be a big Clinton fan. No days,
it seems to me that Bill and Hillary have personal agendas that have nothing to do with America's best interest.

22. What struck me was how bizarre his talking points are...
If Bill Clinton really had all those skeletons, then how come Starr never found them?

Freeh is full of shit. That big quote they keep pushing from his book about the skeletons and Clinton's moral compass contains no facts. Just opinion.

I'm of the impression that the media would have played it up if there was actual news in the book.
