Iraq rebuilding slows as U.S. money for projects dries up

Gee...maybe that's why reporters (any not killed yet by US forces) aren't reporting all them rebuildings going on in Vietraq.

1. It pisses me off that we're spending billions of dollars ...
building Iraqi army barracks with air conditioning and officer clubs, when our own country is falling apart.
