when she finds out her perjury has changed the game plan? All bets are off now. She is, no doubt, on the Cheeney team against the Rovies. Or is she? My bet would be the Cheeney team.

Wonder if she'll be going back to jail?

1. Awww . . . poor Judy.
NOT.

This is what she gets for crawling into bed with those traitorious bastards.

I hope she's sweating it BIG TIME (as Cheney says).

3. Not Testifying...Being Interviewed
Fitzgerald is playing very close to the vest here. He wants to interview her regarding those recently rediscovered notes she turned over to his office last week. Certainly he has a few questions. Now if he feels there's an inconsitency with her past stories or this new evidence requires her to testify to the Grand Jury, I suspect he might bring her in at that time...or play a little poker here and have her wait a couple days...cooling her heels again...and then call her to testify.

Judy's dancing on a pinhead right now and if anyone knows it, it's Fitzgerald. Her saving grace is she never printed Plame's name and there's no indication she either gave the name to Novak or "shopped it" to other reporters.

There's a good chance Judy knew about Plame months before the Wilson Op-Ed was printed which led to Novak's outting of Plame. Supposedly she was working on a story but it never got out...I suspect that Judy's credibility at the Times at that time was almost zilch...and that she is involved in the "telephone" game that went on between Rove, Hadley, Libby, Chenney and others.

Judy does face some sort of obstruction charge if she withheld information from Fitzgerald and he feels this delayed the investigation...but I also suspect he has used this as a bargaining chip to get Judy to testify. Reports were that she was very cooperative...probably cutting a deal with Fitzgerald to turn on Libby and others in exchange for being released and not getting hit with any further charges.

The real pressure is on the New York Times and how they're keeping quiet on this issue...being held hostage by Miller's "martyr" act and the power and access this once proud paper covets over truth and accountability.

Stay tuned...

6. I think the prosecutor has turned her around
It's the only thing that makes sense.

Any time there is sudden movement in a case like this, it can mean a deal has been made and someone is singing like the proverbial canary. She wouldn't give up the documents, "remember" them unless it was to buy her way out with the prosecutor.

I think she's made a deal, and she's hanging them out to dry on obstruction and conspiracy. Rove never counted on the journalists being made to testify. I look on this and see a Greek tragedy. Rove spends his life destroying the very doctrine that gave him shelter, destroying the civil liberties that would have saved him.

Sweet.

13. Surely it is not about 'Jews' owning
the media. It is that they are part of the ruling elite which owns the media.

The support of Israel is a strategic policy, not the preference of powerful individuals based on religion or race. These individuals are also probably Zionists so there support is not feigned in any way - but it springs from a political ideology not 'Jewishness'.

We have to be very careful: attacking Zionism without EVER falling into any sort of anti-semitism.

14. I was researching and gathering info while I worked I posted
some of the things I found.

I am not advancing any particular thing here. Just looking at the aspect of NYT-Sulzberger-Israel and the media thing came up. Sulzberger and Rosenthal are allied to Israel and Pro-Israel groups like AIPAC which Franklin/Rosen/Weissman were just guilty of giving classified info to.

17. Her newly discovered notes and Karl's forgotten e-mail ( that
has just been found) is highly suspicious at this point in the game. The full court press is on with 15 seconds to play.
