I suspect that, after Fitzgerald has his meeting with Judith and gets the info he needs, he will meet with Rove and then, if necessary, will call Judith and/or Libby before the Grand Jury again. This is a fascinating, complicated game of chess and I suspect Fitz is a master of the game.

They showed Judith on TV when she went in. Will we know when the marshmallow man goes in or will he sneak in through the back door?

9. I think we will know, the media does seem to be covering this

but, imo, it really doesn't matter, we know he is going before the Grand Jury some time this week whether we actually see him going or not. What will be interesting is to see what develops near the end of the week, whether there will be more meetings between Fitzgerald and others, further 'invitations' to appear before the Grand Jury or whether the investigation will be wound up and indictments forthcoming.
