Mandela Rules Earth with Clinton as Deputy

Former South African leader Nelson Mandela should rule the world – with Bill Clinton as his deputy!

That’s what respondents said when a BBC Online survey asked them who they would most like to be in charge of the planet.

President Bush placed 43rd among the 100 contenders.

The top 10: 1. Nelson Mandela
2. Bill Clinton
3. Dalai Lama
4. Noam Chomsky
5. Alan Greenspan
6. Bill Gates
7. Steve Jobs
8. Desmond Tutu
9. Richard Branson
10. George Soros
