...for agreeing to let the idiot and his wife make a photo-op out a HFH project. I'm sure many DU'ers support HFH, as do I, and resent the worst president (and human) ever wearing our logo as if he cares. "Sir, we know Jimmy Carter, and you're no Jimmy Carter".

3. So, let me get this straight....You are upset with HFH because |
|
they are refusing to play politics and can see the advantages of having the President and Laura Bush (who is very popular in the public eye, btw) pose for a picture in order to benfit the people who have lost everything in a hurricane. And, this hurts HFH and the recipients of its benefits how exactly?
BTW, there are people on this forum who work for and volunteer for HFH.

7. let me straighten this out for you |

"refusing to play politics"? Are you sure about that? What is a freakin photo-op anyway?? "pose for a picture...to benefit the people..." Really? Is that why they were there? Nonsense. Did I say anything about this incident hurting HFH and/or its recipients? Don't think so. If it helps, fine. But I happen to feel that we can do quite well without a phony posing with a HFH logo on his shirt.
BTW, as stated in my post, I am one of those supporters. And what was that supposed to mean anyway?

4. There are a lot of Republicans |
|
who volunteer for HFH. It is truly non partisan. Many of the volunteers are tradespeople, carpenters, etc. This is a big deal to them.
Funny to us, though.

5. HFH is not a political organization |
|
And if cooperating with *'s photo-op helps them raise the money to build houses for homeless people, I can live with that. HFH does great work. It's about the victims, not *.

6. Yeah, like they're going to say "no" to the President. |
|
Even if he is a total asshole, you just can't do it.
I will continue to support HFH, and won't think any the worse of them for this.
