is INDICTED (someone posted a link to a wonderful analysis from the DOJ that concluded that the VP COULD be indicted)...

- will that be the end of the Miers appointment?

- is that where we (the Dem's) say "no more" from this corrupt govt and shuts down the congress till impeachment?
