He says that he wants her advice offered freely and then says "...no more public scatology."
First he doesn't know what the word means...he's substituting it for "bullsh*t".
Second, in context, he's telling her not to give him the same "crap" that she feeds to the public but to give him the "straight story".
I know this is totally different than what we know about Dubya's preferences but that's the context I take this rather bizarre remark in.

I go to sites that talk about scatology in the bible, or how there is only a small step between scatology and eschatology.
It is definetely a strange remark though.
