Poll question: If Frist is not held to account for the CofI surrounding the HCA stock

held in a not-so-blind (seeing-eye) trust and elsewhere and for the most curious and fortunate timing of the sale of the HCA stock from that trust at his direction, should W offer Martha both a public apology in behalf of the nation and a presidential pardon?
