4. I mentioned this at a lunch gathering and my progressive friends were

happy to hear about it; two RW "associates" looked at me with their jaws dropping. The conversation turned to how screwed up things are in the US and they were squirming. They did not disagree! They just muttered something like "well, things happen in cycles....." One other guy, a hard nosed Dem said "What the hell does that mean"? Such fun seeing the slime squirm.
