Fundies are having a telethon to rebuild their N.O. station
Edited on Wed Oct-12-05 07:50 PM by KamaAina
this is LeSea Broadcasting, by no means the worst of the lot, if only because its stations sometimes broadcast actual programming, rather than dollar-a-holler 24/7/365 like most of the others. It's on in (at least) Denver, Honolulu (obviously), and their flagship station in (!) South Bend. Intriguingly, the South Bend station burned down a few years ago. Can it be that Gawd deeply despises them? Nawwww...

Fundies will be fundies: "New Orleans is known for two things: a party and Mardi Gras. Our staff there has never experienced that..." Oh really? You forgot the Sno-Cone, the rain check, streetcars, Mr. Bill, Creole cuisine, and of course, jazz. Morans.

Wouldn't you just know, only four TV stations are back on the N.O. airwaves, and one of 'em's theirs, shoveling out the dreck via satellite from South Bend. Ye gods.

edit: I've been waiting for them to mention that they even have an N.O. station for six weeks, not like I'm a regular viewer or anything...
