al Qaeda has to know that this "letter" will help Bush, which is no doubt why it was written. It is clearly in their interest for us to stay in Iraq -- because it helps raise money and recruits for their cause, drains our resources and sows division in the West.

Bush and al Qaeda have a kind of sick symbiotic relationship going on.
