Is there a handwriting analyst on Du?
Here is a link to the correspondence between Dubya and Harriet Miers. The handwriting itself is interesting to say the least. There are quite a few notes.

Handwriting is only a snapshot of the moment.

15. 1-3 quick look
Good freaking lord, look at those huge lower loops! They're tangling all over everything.

Okay, I'll vote with the pack that says she had one huge crush on him.

Page 2, George has no lower loops except when he writes "you." Maybe he liked her, too. I wouldn't trust George with a secret, either, the blabbermouth (open tops on o's).

P.3 George has developed HUGE lower loops. He's loopy over her? Getting in a lot of exercise clearing brush?

4. Quick glance, very rooted in the physical, mathematical ability.
Huge loops on her Y's, it's unreal. Look at the "y" in the top portion in the word "listening." That's someone who is quite mired (no pun intended) in the physical world. Usually I see that and I think of someone who is very sensual, but it could be someone who reacts to things on a physical level without paying attention to intuition (for lack of a better word).

She writes her "g" like an 8. Accountants do that, statisticians. Interesting it would show up in her writing.

Also interesting in that her writing in the top portion seems to get bigger and bigger, as if she's freeing up her emotions while she writes.

I forget what it means when someone writes "f" and "t" as she does, it's like a star. Look at her letter, capital "H." Same technique there.

Okay, that's the best I can do. It's been years since I studied handwriting analysis. Now I have to go and wash the icky goo off my eyes.

5. I thought that the long y loops meant unmet sexual needs or something
like that. The big d loop means sensitivity. No spacing or threading so I do not see a lot of intuition, not a lot of gut feeling. Concrete thinker? That would follow because no one with an ounce of intuition could follow the Chimp.

6. Could be.
Your comment makes me wonder if, back then, Harriet's dipping looped y's were in all her letters, or only those to "the bestest governor ever ever ever, gush gush gush."

business correspondence in that manner. This sample has kind of a schoolgirlish quality, without the little hearts over the I's. She does knot some of her o's doesn't she so she might be tight lipped which is a quality that I think Bush looks for. There is something calculated about her writing though even though it seems free in some respects it really isn't. Just off the top of my head and I am not an expert.

16. The biggest lower loops I ever saw...
Were from a guy who was training for the marathon AND trying to get his wife pregnant.

Big lower loops mean big physical life. Could be a treadmill obsession, who knows?

But no loops? No nookie.

the letter H in nearly the same handwriting. So...I suppose this is not the type of normal correspondence between a lawyer and a client.

First she thanks him for his time, then he P.S.'s her about no more public scatology. Me thinks some funny funny things were "abreast" if you catch my drift.

On the other hand GW's handwriting looks as if he gave little thought to the woman (perhaps he only loved her for her scat) until it came time to write his own name, which I'm sure either is well practiced and meticuliously written or rubber stamped which is no different really.

12. graphology is not a science
you could check if Dubya's and Harriet's astrological charts are compatible too...

graphology only real interest is to assess if somebody has indeed written something, this for research puroposes or in criminal matters

18. Good you weighed in on it.
And when someone told you that, I'm sure you thoroughly researched it before passing it on.

14. My handwriting analysis skills are elementary, but:
The greeting "Dear Governor GWB" is written with a downward slant which might mean she disliked writing the correspondance or the person. The body is written with a larger style and flair which could be "the forced enthusiasm" or stock-message she used (such as the way we fill up Christmas cards to people we really don't care for but must send a card to). Then she prints and then writes again (she doesnt like routine or is restless. She is definitely intelligent.
(My 2 cents)
