How much Duct Tape and Plastic Sheathing should I buy
in preparation of the Terror Alert that will be coming when Rove and Libby are indicted next week?

I figure the Terror Alert will be a doozy, So I'm going to need a big stock, but how much is the question.

2. Plastic sheathing? Are you planning something kinky?
I would invest in canned food and shotguns.

12. I don't remember the artist's name
But s/he was pretty popular a few years ago with paintings of ducks in silly situations.

10. Tell me about it
I've been caulking like mad and tightening up the house like crazy. I figure on spending a lot of the winter dressed in several layers while inside, never mind venturing out.

14. Me too
I'm already cold and it's only the middle of October.

We heat with a Monitor and use kerosene plus a woodstove. I'm wondering if the electric baseboard, that we NEVER use, will be the cheapest way to go this winter.

11. Biohazard protection
As i read your post, i can't help but think 4/3(pi)r**3 with r being
3,959 miles, that none of us are more than 8000 miles from each other
no matter where the earth; as a bore drills. And if your terror alert
is using the airwaves of mass media and fear, we will need to cover
the whole planet with it to protect the earth from the harmful effects
of the GOP.

Like that german artist who made the packaging of the bundestag, to
package every single building in the northern hemisphere, and cover
every bit of explosed flesh from the republican virus or become extinct.
Duct tape makes great clothing, they're just a bit sticky and hard to
take off. :-)
