This is like Osama catching one of his aides reading a Playboy stuffed inside a New Testament.

Bush has broken faith with the Fundies. Now many on that side see Bush as not really one of them. Suddenly, their worst fears of being used by the big business wing of the party are realized.

When it comes time for the prize, they don't get to choose the nominee. And can you believe it?!! She's one of them, and active on the anti-abortion side.

Hubris. I just love it. It works like a wildfire that destroys everything that years took to develop. All gone in a few hours.

Bush has burned it with those guys. The fundies and far right are split down the middle, and even those who are sticking with Bush are hurt and down about it.

4. mshasta , In all seriousness, we're in trouble if we don't stop them

We are. Bush has no regard for any of our precious liberties. His party strives every day of the year to contrive laws to eliminate registered voters from the rolls, to limit voting, to erect barriers to voting, to do all they can to keep democracy from AMERICANS!!

Until they stop using their neo-fascist methods to suppress voter participaton in this country, they have no business claiming they want democracy for the world. They don't. It's a lie. They hate democracy. The last thing they want is every adult in America voting.

we the people can make difference in our local communities.. on my part I always talking to the big minority of Hispanics,
that if they can vote get your asses and elect people who will make the difference, follow your revolutionary roots and start speaking up.!
