For any President on anything?????

Dismal failure, disastrous and unpopular don't even begin to describe this phenomenon. There may be no words to describe this travesty.

1. someone on Al Franken today (think it was David Brock)
said that the margin of error was something like 3.5 percent; therefore his "approval" could really be -1.5% to 5.5%

2. Possibly, when
Reagan announced his presidential campaign at the site of a triple murder, with lots of veiled references for his sheet-wearing supporters.

the MSM can report on the inroads they have made in the African-American community, actually doubling the previous approval rating!

6. There were 89 blacks polled.
So you've got a pretty wide margin of error with such a small sample size.

If we see this repeated in some other polls, then I'll start to believe it. But I imagine the actual number among African Americans has got to be at least a bit higher than 2%. That's Jefferson Davis territory.
