Senator David Vitter's Mother has died

84 year old Mrs Audrey Vitter passed away last Saturday in Atlanta of congestive Heart Failure. She had lived in New Orleans but evacuated to Atlanta due to the Hurricane. Funeral plans are pending.

While the Junior Senator from Louisiana is not a favorite here at DU, please join me today in offering our heartfelt condolences to the Vitter family on their loss.
