How much "water" and "electricity" do you use ? |
|
No... don't go look at your last bill. How much mean usage do you have each month in units of gallons and KiloWatt Hours (KW/H).
My point is most people have no clue how much of a "critical" resource they use. What follows if you don't know how much you use, how can you make informed decisions on ways to use less ?
Just askin' ?

Note: For my next thread I plan to ask, "How do we use less or generate more"

3. I lived for seven months with a generator |
|
a few years ago. I don't use very much at all. We filled the generator once a week. We did run a tiny room AC at night, turned it off in the daytime while we were at work.
It was our "Walden" experience. We lived in a one room shack on an 8 acre farm with four dogs. No water, no bathrooms. Had a blast.
Had to have the AC at night because of massive allergies out there.
