CHICAGO and 3 other cities. since chicago heats with nat gas he`s giving fuel to school buses and non profit transportation..he`s also giving free eye surgery to the poor in chicago-flying them to Venezuela and paying all expensives.....it`s the "venezuela matters" tour........

Things aren't going so well in the US for them right now, so they might prefer the change of scenery and the potential for oil millions (well, Cheney's making a billion dollars as VP, so it'd be a lateral move for him).
