5. Well NadinB, I have heard that term for months now and I thought

it meant something that the politicians and law enforcement and prosecutors and such would have to decide, determine, resolve, figure out...but lately, it seems to me it's possible that it might be more involved than that; that it will also require something that has been missing in our Democracy for some time now - "We the people."

We shall see eh. I wonder? Still, that's what the sacred document says.
