when are the new abu ghraib photos coming out?

NEW YORK - A federal court today ordered the Department of Defense to turn over to the American Civil Liberties Union more than 70 photographs and three videos depicting abuse of prisoners in U.S. custody at Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq. The release of the photos has been stayed for 20 days pending the government’s expected appeal.

2. There's to be an appeal, so nothing yet.

5. I disagree.

I don't think they'll ever be released. Even if the appeals fail and the judge orders the pic's to be released the Pentagon will either come up with some BS 'national security' reason not to, or they'll just give us all the finger and flat-out refuse to comply.
