13. I guess I should clarify my statement...

First, an apology for not being more specific. What I was meaning by my statement was this:
You aren't a liberal simply for your non-violent views. A person, in my opinion, is a liberal because they care about someone other than themselves. A liberal doesn't care if he/she makes their neighbor jealous with their new Hummer.
It isn't just being anti-violence that makes someone a liberal, I am a liberal and I feel the death penalty is justified in certain situations. I feel I have a right to arm myself at an equal level with my military so I at least have somewhat of a fighting chance when the police state comes a knockin'.
I don't feel there is any point in treating a scumbag like Rove, he is beyond help. What Rove and company have done to this country, hell to this planet, are actions beyond any healthy treatment program. The whole lot of them deserve to be punished in ways that they apporved and demanded the citizens of Iraq were and are still being treated.
This being said, I am still a liberal.
So I apologize for my earlier subject line, and hope my point of view came off better in this second post.

The media is as full of shit as the Bush admin is and nearly interchangable..

They also tell me that if I don't buy the right shoes, aftershave, car, savings plan, pills to prevent a heart attack that can give you a Heart Attack as a side effect, etc, etc, that NO ONE will ever LOVE ME.

Remember that whatever you are hearing is coming from the Bush admins lawyers, Fitzgerald is airtight.

I remember telling my five year old son, "Now,look at the commercials for all these different bicycles.. each one says that THEIR Bike is the BEST. How can each of these bikes be the BEST when the BEST means that only ONE could be better than all the rest by definition?"
