Iraq...Contractors pulling the plug |

Second fella I know over in Iraq working just got off the phone. He is headed home early and not by his choice. Turns out the contractors are sending their workers home because it is too unstable over there.
BTW: He was GS-11 before he went over. He has been a government employee for almost 20 years. Not sure of his current job title but he was a Nuclear Pipe Inspector when I met him

pay their cronies like Halliburton any more. So the contractors are having to economize. Katrina was the big surprise Smirky didn't count on and now it's time to pay the piper.
