How much they have on him
How brainwashed he is into ShrubCo
How much they pay him
How much moral fibre he actually has
Whether the members of the press eat him alive in a cannibalistic orgy
So many factors...and I am sure there are more.

rate things are going with Scotty's press gaggles I don't see how he could last a year. When he is getting to the point of naming reporters like Helen Thomas and saying things like "I'm sure they don't support the war on terror", he's pretty much through...

the meltdown theory, also. If yesterday was an example of what's to come - I was afraid his constant grinning at the end of the conf., would lead to an explosion of his head.

5. he's been pretty scattered of late |

sounding more and more defensive, repetitive and robotic. How effective can that be? Especially with Little Lord Fauntleroy's poll numbers already swirling the crapper and the press corps showing a bit more signs of intelligent life?

8. Even though he was lying scum, Ari was a million times better at this game |

than Scotty. Way more smooth, which made him a lot more dangerous IMHO. However, I doubt that Ari could even do much with what he'd be given to work with if he was still in there now.

6. He WON'T be replaced close to the mid-term elections. |
|
Therefore, he'll either be pulled within 6 months or he'll be there for at least another year. That puts the Offal Orifice in an uncomfortable position with that hemorrhoid hanging out while the indictments start hitting fast and furious.
