All you need to do is drop a backpack, brief case, or gym bag on a train platform or even on a train itself.

Nationwide terror is the result, with endless hours of "terrorism experts" espousing what will happen and who could die and what the ramifications if there are chemical or biological agents in the bag.

And doing it innocently enough is easily accomplished. Set the thing down and stand, maybe open up a book, magazine, or newspaper and read standing right next to the thing. Then, innocently get on the train and "forget" the package.

If caught on tape, you're still clean.
