Special prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald has been trying to determine whether administration officials violated a 1982 law designed to protect the identity of Central Intelligence Agency agents. New York Times reporter Judith Miller was questioned earlier this week before the grand jury, her second appearance.

``I'm going back to my office'' Fitzgerald told reporters as he left the courthouse, located three blocks from the U.S. Capitol. He declined further comment.

What's really telling to me about the slideshow is that everyone involved but Fitzgerald is very camera hoggy and loves to be infront of the camera with their smiles while Fitzgerald is serious and says "hi" and goes back to work.
