Wow, no one told me Gateway was such a "blue" company
I compared Dell & Gateway, and was shocked:
Donations by party:
Dell: 88%RED / 12%BLUE
Gateway: 19%RED / 81%BLUE

What I really want is a powerbook though. Sheesh, they're just so expensive!

1. Gateway many be Blue, but
Dell is a much better product. Everyone one I know that has a Gateway has had problems with it. With Gateway laptops it is hard drives and the back light in the LCD screens.

9. I have a 5310S and I love it.
I couldn't have asked for a better computer. I just wish I had my old sound card in it. I have to wait for the warranty to end before I can install my "good" sound card. I should have went with a better sound card. That's my one regret when I built it online and had them send it to me.

5. Yeah but they're still a company that OFFSHORES and cut a LOT of jobs when
closing a blank_load of stores about a year ago.

x(

Fuck 'em.

Apple is hardly any better either.

I don't give a shit about their political color.

I do give a shit, just about, as to what they do in action. Offshoring is done by reds. Not blues. Makes us feel blue when they do, though.

7. True, but when you gotta buy, where do you go
Apple gave 0% to repukes on buyblue.org which I thought was cool. I could pay more knowing that, and sleep a little better.

6. My lady and I always try to shy away from red companies whenever we find
out, they are everywhere.
