4. I heard his crew as in New Orleans. (??)
There is certainly enough material in this administration to keep him busy

9. He could be working on more than one project at a time you know
I heard he had a crew in LA working as relief volunteers. Didn't know they were also filming.

7. Biopharmaceuticals, from what I hear from those in the industry...
A friend showed me an internal memo from their company that told them not to state opinions outside of the company, and refer any questions to the PR department. The memo also said to expect Michael Moore to be lurking around the business park and asking questions, because his current project is targeting the biopharmeceutical industry.

10. He's also got an acting gig (although brief from what I've heard)
in Vanessa Redgrave's latest film "The Fever". Unsuprisingly he plays a journalist! Although filmed last year, it's been struggling to get distribution, instead playing at selected festivals throughout the year. A short description is here:

But yeah, really looking forward to "Sicko". Although it did exactly what it said on the tin, I didn't think that much of "Fahrenheit 9/11". "Bowling for Columbine" & "Roger and Me" were far superior documentaries IMO.

IMDB lists "Fahrenheit 9/11½" scheduled for 2007. I don't know how definate this is, although I know he's spoken of doing a follow up.

12. He's been uncharacteristically quiet.
Hopefully this means something big is in the works.
