What facts do we know about the Grand Jury?
Sorry if this is already started in another thread, but I did not see it yet.

1. Nothing factually! All we've heard is from lawyers of those who
have testified! Obviously, they are prejudiced toward their own clients.

The only things we know about the case is the names of "some of the people who have testified". We don't even know all of them!

Everything you hear now is speculation.

Some things that we see can cause a reasonable man to "assume" the direction the prosecutor is going, and who he's looking at very closely. But you and I both know what the definition of "assume" is, now don't we?

2. If we actually learned anything from the prosecutors
the judge would have to thrown any indictments out. A prosecutor and his people are barred from talking about anything while a grand jury is meeting. It's called Rule 6(e).

If they mention anything to anybody, they've violated that rule and the sanction is that the person who was the subject of the probe gets to have the indictment tossed.

.....given that only 2% of blacks now think he is anything approaching acceptable. Bush will taint all his buddies.

I smell a GJ that will give Fitz everything he asks for, and maybe more.

6. I read it today on DU somewhere.
I think it might have been in LBN. It was in an article and it discussed the grand jurors leaving the courthouse after Rove testified.

7. I think you mean this article..........
Fitzgerald's grand jury finally emerged. The men and women who would judge Rove, 11 of them black and four white, were mostly older, and casually dressed in jeans, sneakers or sweaters. They were followed by Fitzgerald and his legal team, lugging huge briefcases.
