Big Surprise!!!!!!!!!!!!
Congratulates the Iraqis for voting. Voter turn out was greater than last election. Sunnis participated in greater numbers. Level of violence was down...he attributes it to Iraqi & coallition forces. Positive day for Iraqi & World Peace. Vote stands in contrast to Al Qaeda & their violent ways We're making progress towards peace.
blah blah blah blah blah
Wow, what did I expect.
He took no questions.

6. Do they really expect people to consider this proof of "progress"? |
|
They already PLAYED this hand. You know, last year- all the purple fingers and sanctimonious bullshit? The violence continued and Americans who actually believed the administrations bullshit about the situation improving were more let down than ever.

has started, according to a post I found here today http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/main.jhtml?xml=/news/2005/10/16/wirq216.xmlThat makes **'s words doubly ridiculous. Also: did he, or did he not, have an abrasion on his left cheek?

8. Seymour Hersh said the first election held in Iraq was a sham... |
|
Why should we believe that this one was any different? It's not like we don't know how this administration LOVES to DISTORT the election process. I don't get why we should be happy that the Iraqi's are moving towards a "democracy" when this country is moving farther and farther away from one! Actually, I find it rather insulting.
Peace.
