..........since these people always turn up in previous roles within the administration. Olbermann showed a picture of her handing the PDB to Bush......you know the one stating that bin laden was determined to strike inside the US. So even though we haven't heard of anything she's done, it wouldn't surprise me to learn that she had been involved in it.

Plus, she's not exactly unbiased since she thinks Bush is the most brilliant man she's ever met! Clearly, she doesn't get out much if she thinks he's brilliant.

True story. A friend just informed me that when he contacted the White House last year to renew his press pass, his contact was Harriet Miers. Press passes?! That doesn't exactly put her very high up on the totem pole now does it? I don't suppose she had anything to do with Jeff Gannon . . .

CLEARLY, she's Bush's private counsel. She's advised him on the matter, if nothing else. She knows what he knows. And I don't want the number one defender and cheerleader and gal with the most goo goo eyes for Bush that also happens to be his private lawyer during the most corrupt administration in our history on the supreme court, do you?

Next, up if Miers doesn't go through, George can nominate Laura. Confidentiality of marriage, you know.

hired private attorneys, because of the fact that someone in Miers' position could be compelled to testify against him. I think that there is very little chance she would have played any role at all.

Was she on the plane? I haven't been able to find a definitive list of who was on that Africa trip and where she was at the time. I know she was one of the very few to spend the night on "Mission Accomplished" ship. I'd bet she knows alot of things we need to know in this country and I don't know how she's managed to fly under the radar on so much.
