Top Bush aides facing possible charges in leak of CIA agent's name
Two top White House officials could face charges in the coming weeks over the leak of an undercover CIA agent's identity to journalists, Washington political analysts said.

Karl Rove, the top advisor of President George W. Bush, and Lewis Libby, Vice President Dick Cheney's chief of staff, have been named by reporters as sources of the agent's identity in what Bush administration opponents brand an act of political retribution.

"I believe ... that both Libby and Rove will be indicted," William Kristol, editor of the Weekly Standard magazine and a respected White House insider, told the Fox News television network.

While no information has been released by Patrick Fitzgerald, the special prosecutor investigating the leak, Kristol predicted Rove and Libby will avoid being charged with violating laws against exposing the identities of secret CIA agents.

1. Kristol also thought Iraq would be a joy.
I don't give these guys' predictions much credence. They're not as smart as they think they are.

I'm still rooting for indictments from McClellan to Bush.

3. If this was a conspiracy then their could be a whole shit load of people
indicted for obstruction of justice. That would be awesome!
