Wouldn't it be more efficient to just move the entire GOP into custody?

I mean, they moved thousands of people into custody after 9/11 without being charged and with no legal representation. Wouldn't it be easier and more cost-efficient and time-efficient to just bring the put the entire GOP into say, Guantanamo, or better yet, Abu Ghraib, until the all the charges and indictments can be sorted out? They all should be charged of endangering national security, by voting to allow the war with Iraq.
