2. From the emails, it looks like even the employees of FEMA understood

their job better than Brown. The arrogant asshole was pouting over having to do actual work when he thought it beneath his dignity. So a few hundred more people died, Brownie wasn't going to take that slight--think of the precedence it would set!

They need to charge him with negligent homicide for every one who died from neglect after the storm.
