Anyone else catch Neil Cavuto on O'Lielly? |
|
Talk about a disconnect! I actually agreed with Billy on substance, ie the oil companies are guilty of price gouging. Cavuto countered with the standard "free-market" argument., and he talked circles around O'Reilly. The kicker is that Billy is such a smarmy prick, that even on those rare occasions when I agree with him, I still prefer to see him get his ass kicked! When he's arguing with one of his FauxNews compatriots, so he can't yell "SHUT UP" or cut their mics, he's seriously fucked.

2. Let the free market work: create a 5% shortage, then prices can be double |

3. O'Reilly *let's* corporatists talk circles around him in cases like that. |
|
He puts up the obligatory pseudo-populist message for 5 seconds, in an attempt to maintain his "blue collar guy" act, and then he lets the corporate whore counter for 2 minutes.
