What is so wrong with a few exaggerations and white lies...?

Why are people so upset that someone ratted out a CIA agent? Who cares? So what, if the President, the VP, and all his Cabinet, and most of the corporate media lied to take us to war? What's the big deal? So what if a couple of thousand American troops have died for a reason other than originally stated? So what if the hunt for WMDs and nuclear materials has morphed into a battle for "democracy and freedom". So you think no one else has ever told these little white lies? Why are people acting so upset? If this were the Democrats in charge, no one would even notice. This is all being blown out of proportion by the "liberal media". What's the big deal! <sarcasm off>

What's the big stink, anyway? Fitzgerald oughta just pack it in and go on home. The Washington elite will handle this situation just fine without all that indictment and criminal charge stuff. Why, someone I know could go to jail! And that's just not cool at all.

Really, why do people care about silly things like some CIA agent, or that weapons of mass destruction haven't been found in Iraq. I bet they really have been found and the Liberal Media is just covering it up because they hate our wonderful President, George W Bush so much.
