Judy's "Lost" Notebook (Disinformation? Forgery? Altered? Legit?)

This supposed "lost" notebook of Judy's is certainly a singular piece of evidence, is it not? Is it really legit? Has it been altered? Forged? Can the info it contains really be trusted? Etc. Any way Fitz would be able to tell?

3. Ink analysis

Several years ago there was a scandal in the medical academic community involving allegedly falsified research data. As I recall, the courts ordered the ink analyzed to see if it the data had been added to at a later date, and were able to determine when something had been written.
