Bush bio tops Google search for 'failure'

WASHINGTON, Oct. 18 (UPI) -- Internet mischief swept the globe Tuesday when the Google search engine showed the biography of U.S. President Bush as top result for the word "failure."

Using complex algorithms, the Google software seeks out the most popular and most-frequently visited sites associated with the search word or phrase.

But somehow, Bush's official White House biography topped the list when an "I'm Feeling Lucky" search was requested.

On a straight "failure" search, liberal filmmaker Michael Moore's Web site followed Bush's link.

3. The thing is... this UPI story is new...
so while the news itself is older than dirt, the news story is not. Hmm... I must ponder this...

7. Because, now, the media is starting to view * as a failure.
Whereas before, he was "Our Glorious Leader", as our favorite toothless just-barely-parody of a right-winger might say.

6. Don't forget Jerry Kilgore!
Jerry Kilgore, the loathsome Republican candidate for Virginia governor, needs everyone's help to get his unofficial Jerry Kilgore site ranked higher than its current #5 position by election day.
