The entitled wealthy of this country are wilfully destroying it now. |
|
Someone refered to it as "scorched earth" destruction. Do you notice how fast and how drastic the crap they are pushing through the Congress is these days? They know they are going out and for a long time, so they are destroying as much as possible before they do. It will take decades to turn this ship around. Somebody better get a clue, buy a vowel, write a plan, and effin' present a message that the people can get behind and soon.
Message to Dems. You want to be the party of change. Get with it. Quit sounding like Rs and telling us that every bit of crap the Rs put out there is just fine and smells like roses. WE ARE NOT STUPID! Stop the bipartisan crap! If you don't fight for anything else or at any other time in your careers, fight now. You've got a lot to answer for yourselves. At least, try to redeem yourselves for helping to get the nation to this point.

1. Why the f*ck do they hate America? |
|
This is no longer the United States of America, it is the Corporate States of America. So sad, did the great experiment of a democratic society fail?

2. Agreed. I don't any bipartisan wimpering... |
|
I want a fight. The wealthy have always been about protecting the interests of the wealthy. That is a fact. THey have never loved America...only the profits that they can extract from her. That's the truth.

3. Yes the third-worldization of the U.S. is ramping up quickly |
|
Lords and serfs, obscene wealth and crushing poverty, the have-mores and those who will gratefully bow and scrape for a few crumbs. Every day they dismantle another piece of the safety net.
It's so obvious and yet nobody talks about it.

4. They will systematically do this to every country in the world |
|
if they are not stopped. When Farrakhan was talking about not participating in the established system, he was right. We need to remove ourselves from the system. Groups of people need to start businesses and support them. It sounds like a monumental task, but the first place to start is to keep your civic leaders from selling out to these traitor companies.

6. they probably see the handwriting on the wall. do it now or lose the |

chance to do it for the next fifty years. when the indictments come down the party will be doomed. we can undo it if we turn the screws on the next crop of dems to take their place.

7. For a long time "all roads led to America". There was no competition |
|
for America in the 20th Century from Europe (too busy rebuilding after Wars) or the Soviet Block (communists) or the less developed nations (poor democracy & poor communications & access to market).
So America & Canada lived the good life and wages & income & growth was so hight for 30 years after the war.
Those days are over now. US has to compete with not only europe & Asia (as they started to in the 1970s) but with all the rest of the world. US has to compete for resources, compete for access to markets, compete for jobs, etc.
This makes US corporations scared. And their only recourse is to get so huge right now - that deregulation will end up giving them monopolies by default. With deregulation all industries get divided up into small business & huge monopoly type business. And medium sized business disappears (think airline industry, retail, finance, over the last 20 years). The push is on to make it into the "huge monopoly sized business" by the rich or the corporations - because it will be easy to dominate nations and they will face less competition for the rest of time. Remember - corporations are person that do not die - some have lasted 400 years already.
Otherwise they will face the same tough times everyone else in the world has always had to face.
White America has not really had to face that. What with slavery then huge amounts of immigrants & free land for them etc. White America has always had it easy (or the rich in White America have & the middle class whites did in the 20th century).
So - terrified of having to face times that are not easy - the rich & the corporations panic and take over power and try and impose hegemony on the world - so they will not have to face their worst fears: having to compete like everyone else in the world. Not having a distinct and endless advantage. Never being one of the 'masses'.
