more likely, ordering some take-out and getting down to work on how he's going to prosecute the case...

4. He knows
how he's going to prosecute the case. That's not to say he doesn't have plenty of work to do. Part of his indictment pattern is the case strategy as things look from his view of the testimony before the GJ. And I do think he will be celebrating--the indictments give him an opportunity to do what a prosecutor likes best--bring the bad guys to justice.

10. I'm guessing here but there are two possibilities.
Either the DOJ or the Federal District Courthouse in DC.
