Talking head on CNN speculates tomorrow is Fitz judgement day. |
|
This thing is starting to bubble over (finally) and I'm heading to the store for champagne and a cheese ball (I know, but it just isn't a celebration without a cheeseball...)
Anybody need anything?

3. I didn't hear CNN, but Randi was saying that today too. |
|
No real prediction, just a feeling.
I'm actually leaning toward believing tomorrow too. It's the next time the GJ meets. If there is no announcement tomorrow, the next "scheduled" time they meet is Fri.

10. It will definitely be tomorrow |
|
I have to work tomorrow and will have no access to the *internets* or TV...so it's a given, that it will be tomorrow when they announce.
By the time I get home and log on to DU, the site will be so jammed I won't be able to get on!

If you're having crab I'm there.
I told my neighbor today that if indictments come down this week she should expect to see me outside on the front porch with a bottle of champagne, doing a two-step with a little twist.

They are yummy...
I may as well whoop it up big time...appears as though the hurricane is heading my way. Already talk of evacuating the Keys shortly. This hurricane better not wreck my indictment party!!

I don't recall the reason, but I recall reading it a few days ago.
I think it will be this week.

17. I will celebrate too, but... |

I would also like to suggest taking a minute to reflect on the seriousness of the situation, and how close we have come to this "great experiment" failing.
It won't be over if/when the indictments come, and it won't even be over if/when those people are removed from government or even imprisoned. We will have won a great battle, but the fight will continue. But who are "we"?
"We" are fighting for Democracy. We are fighting for a representative government. And we are fighting for Valerie Plame and Joseph Wilson and every other patriot who puts his or her self in harms way for those same ideals.
Hopefully "we" will be able to enjoy this moment as a victory for justice and an affirmation that Democracy can work, despite the intentions of SOME SERIOUS ASSHOLES.
We can do great things.
"Each time a man stands up for an ideal, or acts to improve the lot of others, or strikes out against injustice, he sends forth a tiny ripple of hope, and crossing each other from a million different centers of energy and daring, those ripples build a current that can sweep down the mightiest walls of oppression and resistance." Robert F. Kennedy
