3. she talked of all the schools, water, etc that are on gov website for Irag
and that Congress is not helping the Gulf Coast as Bush had promised to do.

5. No US citizens able to see what's going on in Iraq. Easy to transfer
all that cash to Halliburton and the other no-bid contract leeches. Not as much graft in NO with all those Democrats hanging around.
