1. Do you have to live near water to be in touch with reality?
Or maybe it just helps. Even the Mississippi river helps...

5. No. You just have to live near other people.
Cities, the biggest are the most liberal, the most blue.

2. This map
Looking at this map, St. Louis County in NE Minnesota where i live is white, so what does that say about us. I would say that we are a reality based community. Our neighbors from Douglas County in Wisconsin, where I am from is blue, but I have to admit we should be red, but not bright red, maybe a nice shade of purple, because the people in the county are some scary motherfuckers sometimes.

6. It's misleading because population density isn't displayed
It's a nice visual trick to use though.

7. Scared is right. I would like to see what it would like
now showing blue for most angry with the * administration. I think the country would more blue than red.

Take a look at the this link. It's been on a few threads this week on DU. There are a few states holding out with the majority holding on to their trust in Chimpy. But most have turned the corner and would look pretty blue if this were an election year.

I'm a staunch democrat, but I really hate assumptions. Have you looked at how close some of those ignorant proxy pig fuckers vote for Kerry.

Can you be sure with Electronic voting machines aren't part of the cause?

edit to add the battle ground states
