As willing to burn the free press as the right. Some crap has gone down over the past week that appears to be retaliation and it is not from the right (they simply prank and send hate mail at this point)... I may write about it, but have to wait on green light.

But I cannot believe what some prominent left blogs and the "so called liberal press" have done in reaction to our 3 stories on this. I am amazed and saddened. Wish I could just write and spill here, but I am on a tight leash about this stuff. Anyway, it means a great deal to me that you and others here and elsewhere have been so supportive of us.

Thank you, really! As far as Morning Sedition, I have not slept, so if I made a mad cow out of myself, so be it. Glad you guys liked it. It was not pre-scheduled so I was not prepared, as is usually the case.

I heard you on the drive in. You were clear and concise. You clearly stated what you *knew* and were clear about what you *didn't* know. I thought it was a great interview.

Congratulations! May it be the first of many.

I am sorry about the problems with the Left and this story. The true purpose of a free press is to get at the truth. Sometimes that truth gores someone you like. That's what the press is supposed to do, "afflict the comfortable and comfort the afflicted." I'm sorry that some of the 'afflicted' feel the need to smear the messenger. It's not the job of the press to boost someone I like in politics. It's the press' job to keep these people on the up and up. Good pols know this, and so should their supporters.

Anyway, again. Congrats! You deserve the notice and recognition for all your great work.

As for some prominent left blogs, I eagerly await your report. Some of the blogs are just wonderful and I can't live without them. However, I've been personally (and irrationally) attacked by one of the prominent bloggers. I am betting his blog will be mentioned in you report when you get to make it.
