Anyone else listening to Cindy on Morning Sedition?
That woman is so on target. She's right, Hillary sounds just like * in regard to the war.

3. She also said that Hillary might as well be a Republican and after
meeting with McCain she felt like she needed a shower.

She also intends in the near future give a speech in front of the WH and sit down, intending to get arrested again. Then go back and sit down again!

comes out in favor of ending this disaster in Iraq, she's no better than the repukes and her actions are dooming the dems. She's so courageous and honest! I hope she has a body guard and stays out of small planes!

11. Can someone please tell me why Cindy is bashing
Hillary? I'm fed up with her and her smart ass attitude. I thought her problem was with bush - no attention anymore from the media so she starts on Hillary? Bullshit - As long as Hillary Clinton stands up for the soldiers and veterans - she's got my vote. Cindy needs to shut the hell up if she can't bash the hell out of the commander in thief. Thousands have lost family members and I'm a little sick of hearing her call good Democrats (me included) warmongers - many of us have family in Iraq and elsewhere and she's bashing Hillary. Cindy's son gave his life - NOT CINDY - I'm tired of her bullshit. She always said "I only speak for myself" - so go ahead and do that and go back to Crawford or California. I'm sick of her whining and the Hillary bashing -

30. I believe that Cindy is doing what she can to draw attention
to the fact that we are conducting an illegal war and that thousands of people are suffering and being killed and maimed based on lies. Many of us have family or people we know in harms way. Many of our Dem politicians have actively or passively lent their consent to this debacle. I hope your family members make it home safely and in one piece. I just want them to come home sooner. I don't wan't my grandchildren or or their children fighting this war of lies. We were just told yesterday to expect to be there around a half a century.

Cindy has chosen to speak up and put herself on the line at a time when others in more powerful positions would not denounce the lie. She has my gratitude and admiration.

17. Yep and I am sick of blind faith party loyalists like you whineing
and whinnying your asses off as soon as someone with the most legit reason to criticize does in fact criticize.

So go on and cry me a fucking river. Oh boo hoo Hillary wah wah... Never considered that maybe Cindy is right. Maybe not all Dems agree with your 100% undying and unquestioning loyalty to the party. You remind me of the chimps 30% cult base.

blah blah blah...

20. I have every right as Cindy does to cry you "a F " river
I have lost my family members over there - it sure as hell has nothing to do with being a party loyalist. Hillary Clinton is a Senator from New York. Cindy is from California. If anyone has a right to whine their asses off, it is me and I would strongly suggest that you not smart off about things you know nothing about. I have a very legitimate right to whine my ass off if I want to but I'm not - I'm handling it my way - Cindy is a shit ass little wimp just like bush capitalizing on her son's death - I can't believe I was so supportive of her. There is no support in her for the military or veterans.

33. If you have lost family members over there then
you must want to see an end to this war. We are drawing the line this time, no support of Iraq war, that simple. Whoever supports Iraq will not get my vote.

We all loved Hillary when she was a Liberal Democratic, she is now a wanna be. Wannabe a lit bit of everyone to get votes. Not the type of person I would like to see in charge with the power. I want someone who has the guts to stand on the no war platform and stay on it....

35. First off I have as much of a right as you, even though I have not loss
Edited on Thu Oct-20-05 10:26 AM by Cults4Bush
any of my military family members. I have a lot of them and believe you me if you want to thraeten me as such just come on out and do it.

Cindy has plenty of support among the military AD and retired that I know.

You have a right to be pissed (of course) you have a right to insult and denigrate Cindy as ten times worse than she did to Clinton because she is not doing it the way you want her to. I have a right to call you on it as much as I do when the righties Moms go to Hillary and tell her how evil Cindy is and Hillary uses that as a pretext to disregard Cindy in total.

BTW this shit cuts both ways whether you can admit or not. You don't know me from dick so how can you be so presumptious to know that I dont know what Im talking about?? Why, because I still support someone you now hate because she doesn't do exactly what you want. You hate Cindy worse than Bush it appears now. Good for you.

The hypocrisy of the situation is that you spew your utter hatred at Cindy for not behaving in a manner that you approve whilst she critiqued Clinton for t not doing what Cindy believed is right. If this escapes you than please hurry up and put me on ignore. I am sick and tired of dealing with the hypocrisy of blind faith in any and all elected officials with a D by their name.

Cindy has every bit as much of a right to criticize Hillary as you do of Cindy as I do of you.

37. Oh another thing Im from WNY I can tell you without a doubt
that while Hillary did pay us some attention here and there we are still worse off than ever. Every black person I know out here thinks there'd be little difference between her and Gallisano (sp?).

Heres the kicker btw, I am still going to vote for her repuke lite ass. She still is the lesser of two evils but it gets closer all the time as far as that goes.

Again the bit about everyone in the military and every vet out there disliking Cindy is hogwash and cna be proven a such just by the broad brush of your statement.

She is also not a dem she is an independant. What kind of America do you want where you demand strict adherence to party loyalty from those that are not a part of your party to begin with? That does not sound progressive at all.

One last thing... you think you have more of a right to criticize Cindy than she does Hillary because she is from CA? So now all critiques from us must only be directed at our own State Officials? Thats where that argument leads and I am sure that that is not what you intended was it?

18. I'm with Cindy on this one.. Hillary has become a
middle of the road, compromised establishment political creature. She is power hungry. No way she wins in '08 if she runs. She and the other so-called moderate "Dems" have become part of the problem. First throw out the Bush regime, then throw out the establishment Dems. Screw Hillary. Cindy sees right thru her

9. I Was Listening Too
Scott Ritter scared me before her. I am sort of stunned at what he said about Clinton being in this whole weapons thing as well, and about the whole denial thing all these politicians are in. This is just plain immoral. God, I am hearing the Declaration of Independence echoing in my head:

"But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security..." (emphasis mine)

It is agonizing because it sounds like the whole government is insane and horribly broken. I am not sure what to do but what Cindy Sheehan and Scott Ritter are doing. I know one thing We The People need to take back our government and it is our duty to do so.

My 2 cents

19. Abuse?
Tell it to the military they've been abused. Tell it to the raped and tortured at Abu Ghraib, Gitmo and Baghram.

This woman has more of a right to criticize a Senator than you care to admit.

The hypocrisy of the situation is astounding, Cindy goes to far in her critique, but Hillary and any other Senator (who is a Dem) are aloud to say whatever they want? Sorry Cindy doesn't adhere exactly to your ideals and etiquette but then again Hillary doesnt exactly adhere to Cindys.

24. Yes - abuse
We all have plenty of "right" to criticize our elected officials - the death of her son doesn't make her anymore entitled than anyone else. However her criticism COUNTERPRODUCTIVE and USELESS if she really wants to end the war. It's the kind of thing that will help guarantee the next president and congress are, once again, republican and that the war will go on and on and on.

I dont recall Cindy saying she was a dem either. Screaming "counterproductive" and "useless" does not make that anything more than hyperbole laden hypotheticals brought on by your desire to defend all Dems at any price. Meaning that that is your opinion and not a fact, just as mine is.

Meanwhile I'll be defending Dems that I think are deserving of it as Im sure you will.

must be addressed. To blindly follow Democrats because they have that D by their name is as bad as the Republicans blindly following the Shrub. I do not believe in Blind Loyalty and I believe that Blind Loyalty is what has gotten us into this boat we're in now.
