In all the chaos/misery/death/dysfunction, is the US actually shipping any oil out of Iraq? Is the UN? Is anybody?

Daily global consumption is 80 million barrels/day (30 billion/year). daily US consumption is around 25 million/day. According to the graph Iraq is now producing some 2 million/day.
