1. I'm kinda conflicted here...
I don't think gun makers should be sued for gun crime, but neither do I think that the government has any place making laws to prevent them from being sued. Such lawsuits should stand on their own merits (and, hopefully, be struck down in court)

Whether or not they admit it. Immutable. Without exception. Part of a bigger picture of acting out violence because it doesn't have the container to hold it. Witness New Orleans, the tsunami, Pakistan and 9-11.
