8. David Lowery just did a Cracker album last year (maybe 2003)

with a bluegrass/jam band called Leftover Salmon. They played new versions of Cracker's greatest hits, called it O Cracker, Where Art Thou?

Basically called Miller an insider and a propagandist! She's doing a good show today. Some of this was rehashed with Cracker 'cause he mentioned that he's read Ritter's book.

11. Camper reformed in 2002 and toured in 2003 to present

released a brilliant CD last year entitled New Roman Times - all about war via the perspectives of a young soldier turned mercenary turned revolutionary and a spy type guy who turns. Brilliant stuff and perhaps their best work ever.

Its not surprising that Lowery would call Randi, he has always been political and when I saw them in 2003 he ranted and raved about Bush and Iraq just like a DU poster might have.

wasn't surprised at all at the depth and storytelling (rock opera-esque) as i've been a fan for years... lowery has also been the frontman for a German polka group... forgetting their name, but fun and irreverent like always...
when will musicians and the people with power in this popular culture start standing up and shouting out for us?

Leave it to DU to have fans of what I thought was the most obscure band in my collection. Camper rocks. Used to call my college radio show The Good Guys and Bad Guys show
