5. Thats a fake mug shot

If you look at that pic and look at him walking out of the booking the two ties are different colors. When he walks out of the booking after paying the $10,000 he was wearing a blue tie. This bastard must have given this pic to them for release and THEY let him get away with it.

Apparently this *is* the real mug shot. Some places no longer use the plaque and side shots. Shit, it almost looks good enough to put in the Congressional Yearbook.

I still like Nick Nolte's and Glen Campbell's mug shots the best. (Noelle Bush is radical, too.) See Smoking Gun for details.

3. They are using his Congressional yearbook pic and not a mugshot. However

there is a vidcap of his lawyer holding the booking sheet off to the side. You can see the fingerprints.
